Replacing an aging 20-year-old system.

The National Credit Union Administrations mission is to “Provide, through regulation and supervision, a safe and sound credit union system, which promotes confidence in the national system of cooperative credit.” As such it was imperative that the interactions and information exchange between credit unions and the NCUA be streamlined to ensure that information was accurate but also that they could retrieve this information via a means that was simple and intuitive for their team members. The goal was to build a new software platform to replace a 20-year-old system that could no longer support the corporate credit union’s needs, contained outdated technology, and was unsustainable to maintain by the staff over the long term.
